KOUZI KITCHEN
Opening my own café and bistro on the outskirts of Prague was the realization of my long-time dream. A place where locals and visitors meet, offering delicious cakes, excellent Italian coffee, and a daily menu full of seasonal dishes.
In addition to regular operations, we also host special events that attract food enthusiasts and those looking for something new. This project is not just a business for me, but an opportunity to provide a high-quality experience and create a space where people can feel at home.
NH COLLECTION PRAGUE CARLO IV
Re-opening the 5 star luxurious NH Collection Prague Carlo IV which is located at the heart of Prague. The hotel offers 152 elegant rooms, restaurant, bar, famous spa, and heated indoor pool. Guests can enjoy a range of dining options with a buffet breakfast and seasonal menu, served with in the hotel’s 1809 Restaurant & Bar.


PARK PLAZA HOTEL WESTMINSTER BRIDGE
As part of the pre-opening and opening team, I served as the head chef for room service and the club lounge at one of the largest hotels in London, with 1,021 rooms. I had the opportunity to contribute to creating exclusive dining experiences and managing the team during this challenging period.
ELLA CANTA RESTAURANT
After an internship at Dulce Patria in Mexico City, a restaurant ranked among the 50 best Latin American restaurants of 2016, I returned to London for the grand opening of Ella Canta at the Intercontinental London Park Lane. This prestigious Mexican restaurant, named the third-best new London restaurant of 2017, provided me with a unique opportunity to combine my experience with Mexican cuisine and the London culinary scene.
